Hunter

On Thursday, Feb. 21, my cousin Hunter exited this world for another. I loved him very much, and treasure the time I got to spend with him.

Funeral services were held yesterday in Columbia, S.C., with a burial in Sardinia, S.C. My entire family was there. I was stuck in Vermont due to snow storms and illness, but I was there in spirit. Hunter was a special young man, and he'll be sorely missed. My family is rallying strong, and your thoughts and prayers are always needed and appreciated.

I took a walk in the hills near the town of Johnson yesterday, when I knew the funeral services were being held. I took some photos of the countryside and thought of Hunter. Enjoy.

I'm so sorry for your loss and that you felt stuck up there.

I'm sure your walk did you good to think about Hunter and remember the good times you had with him.

Hopefully he'll become your guardian angel and watch over you while you get published!

Selfishly speaking, we can't wait to have you home! Safe travels L'il Sister In Law o' mine!

I am absolutely positive that short of being at the funeral, that was the most awesome way to honor Hunter.

Gorgeous photos.
